Terms of Service
Last updated: June 26, 2026
These terms apply when you use the Web Ready Solutions website or engage us to design, build, host, or maintain a website. By using our site or services, you agree to them.
Our services
We design, build, and launch a website for your business, and offer optional ongoing hosting and maintenance. The specific scope of any project is what we agree with you in writing before work begins.
Previews and revisions
A free preview is provided to help you decide and does not transfer ownership or create an obligation to buy. Your build includes one revision round before launch unless we agree otherwise.
Pricing and payment
- The build is a flat price as shown at the time you order, with a deposit due to start and the balance due on completion.
- Ongoing maintenance is billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time; hosting and maintenance stop at the end of the paid period.
- Domain registration is billed at cost. Promotional codes apply only as described and may be withdrawn.
- Referral reward: if a business you refer signs up and becomes a paying client, you receive twelve months of your care plan at no charge, applied to your account. Limited to one reward per referred business; the offer may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information and confirm you have the right to use any content, logos, or images you give us. You are responsible for the lawful operation of your business and the accuracy of what appears on your site.
Ownership
On full payment of the build, the finished website content we create for you is yours to use. Underlying tools, templates, and code components we reuse across projects remain ours.
Cancellation
You may cancel a project before launch; the deposit covers work already completed. Either party may end ongoing maintenance with reasonable notice.
Limitation of liability
We work hard to keep your site online and accurate, but we provide our services "as is" and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [your state], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, we ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally before either party takes further action.
